OnoTwin Studio
Your factory’s live digital twin: it analyses downtime, prices the loss, flags what deviates from each machine’s normal, and forecasts order finish dates.
The demo is built for desktop, it will feel cramped on a phone.
What it does
Your existing line becomes a real-time 3D twin, no extra hardware. Above every machine its status, OEE and counter; click one and the operator, cycle time and gauges open in a single panel. It runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and phone; for a wall screen there is Presentation mode.
Try the demo yourself ↗Today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days or any two dates: unplanned stops with the time, machine, reason and operator; the share of scheduled time they took is written out, the longest stop and the ones still running are marked. Pick days, machines and reasons; every number recalculates for your selection. Compare puts your picks side by side: two machines, day against night, two weeks.
Every finding carries its estimated loss; section cards show their own bill; the weekly summary ranks the most recurring reasons by cost. The cost of running slower than planned is calculated too and labelled "estimated loss": not a measured stop but a difference against the planned cycle time, and it says so.
The daily briefing measures every machine against its own history: the same shift over recent weeks. Each card opens with two or three sentences: how far below its normal the OEE sits, how long it stopped and why, where the shift ends at this pace. The headline names the most urgent machine; the same briefing is in your inbox every morning.
Every open order by material code: progress, remaining units and the forecast finish at the current pace. An order that has not moved for days says "stalled" instead of a date. Every forecast is recorded and scored when the order finishes; the tab shows its own hit rate, so you know how far to trust it.
Risk warnings arrive before the stop happens, with the last 30 days' hit rate alongside. To see how it works on a single machine, try the pump vibration demo: inject a fault and follow the diagnosis and the measurements behind it. The demo runs on simulated data.
Open the pump demo →A timeline under the floor: as you scrub, the labels show that moment instead of live data, and a stopped machine's label names the reason. Play the shift from the start, jump from event to event; the last 35 days are open. Unplanned stops pile up under each machine as a coloured strip, and the loss is counted up to that minute.
Every visual in this section is a real screenshot of the running software; none of it is an illustration or a concept render.
Factories are full of data, but that data is usually scattered. Machine status on one screen, production figures on another, alarms on a third; some of it still lives in Excel files. OnoTwin Studio brings these sources together in one digital twin and turns the data into decisions: what stopped and for how long, what it cost, which machine has drifted from its own normal, and when each order will finish.
The Briefings Reach Your Inbox Too
The daily briefing every morning, the weekly summary on Monday: critical machines, estimated loss, recurring stops and the state of the orders. You know where to look before you open the report. How many of the warnings came true is reported as well; the hit rate sits under the briefing as a single sentence.
Every Data Source, One Platform
Data scattered across different systems merges into a single model. It works with your existing PLC/SCADA infrastructure, no extra hardware; installation takes half a day:
- Floor data via PLC and OPC-UA
- MES and ERP integration
- MQTT and SQL data sources
- Excel: don’t worry, we didn’t leave it out either
More Than a Dashboard
The goal isn’t just another panel; it’s a living digital representation of your factory that operators, managers, and engineers use every day. Whatever happens on the floor happens on the screen, live. For a wall screen there is Presentation mode: the sidebar and the header go, running machines become dots, the ones that need attention become cards.
A dashboard’s job is to show data; the real job is turning a raw signal into a decision. OnoTwin Studio builds that layer as operational intelligence: which line is losing the most, which stop reason keeps repeating, which machine needs attention today, ranked, with the cost attached.
Who It’s For
Anywhere with data. From automotive supply to general manufacturing, any facility whose machines produce data can watch its lines live with OnoTwin Studio, regardless of industry, scale, or infrastructure.
