That’s where it differs from an ERP chatbot: the assistant doesn’t only answer, it prepares the record too — while writing nothing on its own.
It reads your ERP
Every morning it draws a plain summary from what’s already in the system: stock risk, lots approaching their expiry date, the gap between the production plan and the order load.
“Raw material lot #4521 expires in 45 days; at the current production plan it will not be consumed within 3 weeks.”
Instead of opening a report and interpreting it, the thing worth looking at comes to you.
It drafts the entry for you
Staff write in plain language:
“Log today’s production: Lot 4522, 12,000 boxes, 2 rejects”
The assistant fills in the relevant form and shows a preview. The record reaches the ERP only after the user approves it. Nothing is written without approval.
New staff are productive in their first week
With every answer, the assistant shows which module and which screen the information came from. People learn the ERP while getting the work done; they don’t spend weeks memorising screens.
The second benefit shows up at handover: the “where was this done again?” knowledge that usually leaves with a person stays in the system.
What it does, and what it will not do
- Works with your existing ERP (Logo, Netsis, SAP, Mikro and others)
- Each user sees only the data their own ERP permissions allow — the assistant never reaches above that layer
- Every figure comes straight from the ERP; the assistant does not invent, calculate, or estimate numbers
- Entries always go through preview and approval; there is no automatic writing
- Every action is logged — who approved what, and when

We’re putting the assistant into use with selected customers through the pilot program. In the pilot we work out together which ERP you run, which tasks cost the most time, and which job the assistant takes over first.
